HAIR and MAKEUP TABLE

Our hair + makeup table has two velvet high top chairs, two LED mirrors, and a marble-top counter, perfect for all your makeup and hair accessories.

    • The hair + makeup table is free of charge during your allotted booking time (with prior request).

    • You can reserve the hair + makeup table before or after your booking, with an additional cost of $50/hr.

    • We will be collecting a $300 security deposit, for all bookings, upon arrival to the studio space. This deposit will be returned to you on the same day of your booking, once the rooms have been checked for any damages.

    • All reservations must be paid in full at time of booking.

    • We offer studio credits for cancellations. We do not offer refunds.

    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your booking date.

    • Any cancellations made after 48 hours of your booking date will be liable for the full value of the booking.

    • We will only be allowing up to 10 people within each of our rooms during a photoshoot booking.

    • If you are not feeling well within 24 hours of your booking, please contact us so that we can reschedule your booking. We will be issuing studio credits for any cancelled bookings.

    • If we notice that you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms during your session, you will be asked to leave the studio premises immediately, and no refunds will be provided.

    • Bookings start and end within the time slots selected in your booking. If you require extra time to load/unload equipment, setup/take down, then please book accordingly. You will be charged extra for every 10 minutes after your booking.

    • All of your personal items must be brought into the studio space you are renting. We are not responsible for any loss or damages to items left in the common areas.

    • Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your booking so that you can check in at reception and get all the info you need before the start of your session.

    • Please note that we will be visiting your studio rooms 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking to ensure that the room is left in its original condition.

    • If you need to move furniture, please lift the items and do not drag them. This causes damage to our furniture and our floors. We have dolly wheels to move any heavier items, that we can provide upon request.

    • All furniture and props must be moved back to its original place, and all garbage must be placed in garbage cans.

    • If the studio room is left untidy at the end of your booking, a minimum cleaning fee of $50 will be added to your booking

    • Damage policy: if you break, rip, stain, or damage any of our property, you will be charged for repair or full replacement of the damage.

    • No glitter is allowed inside any of our studio spaces

    • No alcohol is permitted within our space unless you have received prior consent from our staff

    • Our staff reserve the right to check your rooms at any time during your session if we hear loud noises or suspect any violation of studio rules/safety.

    • Our studio rooms are not soundproof, so please keep the noise level to a reasonable volume. You may play music, as long as it does not contain any explicit content or disturb any of the other studio guests. If the noise becomes too loud, we will kindly ask you to turn the volume level down.

    • Our overhead studio lights are turned off in daytime hours, and turned on at dusk for safety reasons.

    • Please note that we have cameras installed in our studio spaces as a security measure.

    • Our studios cannot be used to shoot pornographic content.

    • We reserve the right to immediately terminate your booking if you fail to respect studio rules, studio staff, or other guests within the studio.

    • Please note that we will be visiting your studio rooms 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking to ensure that the room is left in its original condition.

    • All furniture and props must be moved back to its original place, and all garbage must be placed in garbage cans.

    • There is elevator access to our space on the East side of the building (on Caruso Lane)

    • Elevator size: 4'11 ft (depth) x 3'5 (width) ft x 7 ft (height)

    • Please check in at reception for elevator access.

    • There are two large parking garages right next to our studio space (to the left and directly across our building). They are connected to Brampton City Hall’s parking garage. Info can be found below:

      • Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 7:00pm

        • First hour is free

        • $1.00 per ½ hour

        • $9.00 daily maximum

      • Evenings (after 7pm), weekends, and holidays are free.

    • There is also street parking and multiple parking lots within the vicinity of our studio.
